The Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Italy visits SuperJet International
On the 15th of February 2010 SuperJet International was honoured by the visit of the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Italy, Mr. Alexey Meshkov, accompanied by the Honorary Consul of Russia in Venice Mr. Eligio Paties.
Mr. Meshkov was welcomed at the SJI Tessera premises by the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Alessandro Franzoni, the General Secretary Mr. Vadim Razumovsky, the SVP Customer Services Giovanni Simonetti, the SVP of Operations Franco Galasso and other SJI Executives.
Mr. Meshkov visited the Show Room where the mock-up of the Sukhoi Superjet 100 is displayed, the Training Center with its Simulator as well as Commercial and Customer Services Offices. He greatly appreciated the SuperJet International facilities, and recognised the Sukhoi Superjet 100 as the largest industrial programme between Europe and the Russian Federation in the commercial aircraft sector.
Openly satisfied, Mr Franzoni thanked the Ambassador for his visit and to celebrate the event presented to him a model of the Sukhoi Superjet 100.
