It’s the 1st time ever in the history of aviation that a company offers since day one aircraft MRO support through a network of reliable MRO partners acting as independent contractors.
We offer our Customers worldwide first class line and base on-wing maintenance services establishing partnerships with well recognized MRO providers strategically located according to market needs.
The eligible MRO partners will be audited on a regular basis to ensure that the targeted service level expected by SSJ100 Customers is maintained.
SJI will publish a Worldwide Authorized Service Centers Network booklet containing information such as service center location, normal business hours, point of contact.
