- Spares recommendation and stock optimization
- Sales and/or Lease of spare parts, tools, insurance items
- 24 hours a day assistance for all enquires (AOG support or technical information ) through a fast and easy interface, the SJI Customer Care center
- Quick response and “ready for shipment” from SJI Spares Distribution Center located inside the brand new Lufthansa Technik Logistik warehouse in Frankfurt
- Strategically located Worldwide Warehouse Network will provide all deliveries on time, in accordance with the priorities request
- Dedicated web portal enabling operators for all enquires
- Repair services
- Customized logistic solutions, in cooperation with our logistic partner, Lufthansa Technik Logistik
