PRIVACY POLICY

SuperJet International SpA, represented by its legal representative pro tempore, VAT number 03784350278, registered office at Via Triestina 214, 30173 Tessera, Venice, in its capacity as data controller (hereinafter “Controller”),

INFORMS YOU

pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”) that your data will be processed in compliance with the aforesaid regulation and with the methods and for the purposes specified hereunder.

1 – SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PROCESSING AND NATURE OF THE DATA
The Controller, within the scope of its activity, processes the personal data collected at the time of the voluntary entry of the aforesaid personal data in the job application form to be found on the website (www.superjetinternational.com) in the section “Careers” – “Work with us”.
The job application form provides you with the possibility of filling in pre-set fields relating to personal details, e-mail address and work experience as well as allowing your curriculum vitae to be attached and sent.

2 – PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Personal data are processed for the following purposes according to the referred legal basis:
2.1 Performance of the contract – compliance with legal obligation (points b and c of article 6 of the GDPR)
The Controller will process the personal data received solely for the purpose of personnel selection and assessment of a candidate’s profile with regard to vacant positions.

3 – RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Personal data that are provided may be disclosed to third party recipients for compliance with contracts or the purposes stated under 2.1 above.
More specifically, the data may be disclosed to recipients belonging to the following categories:
internal staff employed in the human resources area;
heads/managers of the areas of interest for the submitted application.

4 – METHODS OF PROCESSING
Data will be processed using manual or computerised and telematic tools and with organisational and processing logic strictly related to the aforesaid purposes and in any case in such a way as to ensure the security, integrity, availability and confidentiality of the personal data.
In compliance with the provisions under point e) of paragraph 1 of article 5 of the GDPR, personal data that are collected will be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

5 – PROVISION OF DATA
You are hereby informed, taking into account the purposes of the processing specified under 2.1 above, that provision of data is mandatory and failure to provide any part of the information or the provision of incorrect information may make you ineligible for employment.
Candidates are in any case kindly requested to comply with the following rules when sending a curriculum vitae in electronic format:

  • send the curriculum in PDF format or as a ZIP file;
  • avoid putting sensitive data in the curriculum vitae (in particular data concerning their state of health, political opinions, and philosophical or religious beliefs) that are not pertinent to the job offer.

6 – TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION
Data provided of a personal nature are not transferred outside the European Union.

7 – DURATION OF THE PROCESSING
Personal data are stored for a maximum period of 1 year or for the period established by law or by Orders issued by the Supervisory Authority.

8 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You are entitled to exercise at any time the rights as set out under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, and more specifically the right:

  • to have access to your personal data;
  • to obtain the rectification or erasure of data or restriction of the processing of data concerning you;
  • to object to the processing of data concerning you;
  • to data portability;
  • to withdraw consent for the use of your data – the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Supervisor)
